"Sehr schön gelegenes, urgemütliches Lokal. Es gibt viel zu entdecken in der Rosengasse. Wir waren zu zweit zum Mittag dort. Es war eher ruhig, daher wurden wir sofort sehr freundlich begrüßt und bewirtet. Die Getränke dauerten nur ein paar Augenblicke, das Essen war keine 15 Minuten später serviert. Ich hatte eine Currywurst mit Pommes und Salatbeilage für € 10,90. Die Portion war sehr reichlich, die Currysoße hausgemacht, die Pommes kross und kräftig gewürzt, die Salatbeilage war angemacht. Meine Begleitung entschied sich für den Burger. Ebenfalls eine große Portion, gutes Burgerpatty, leckerer Käse, alles nett angerichtet. Zu Trinken gab es eine Weißweinschorle sowie eine Stachelbeerschorle. Insgesamt haben wir sehr faire € 35,50 bei dem wirklich super freundlichen Kellner bezahlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und werden das Carpe Diem in der Rosengasse auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen."

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Geburtstagsfeier mit sehr gutem Essen. Der liebevoll eingerichtete Raum, die tolle Spielecke, der schön gedeckte Tisch, haben allen sehr gefallen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend. Wieder haben wir einen sehr schönen Abend in der Rosengasse verbracht. Tolles Essen, liebevolle Dekoration... Alles super."

"Die Bedienung super freundlich, bekamen einfaches Essen trotz Ruhetag am Dienstag. Alles TOP ! Immer wieder gerne! .... ich muss leider hinzufügen - beim ersten Besuch war ein Spanier unsere Bedienung TOP. Nun erwischten wir die zweite Bedienung - eine Dame die nicht wußte wo vorne und hinten ist um es freundlich zu beschreiben. Schade"

"Etwas versteckt gelegen, dafür aber sehr schön zu jeder Jahreszeit. Mit gutem Restaurant (Foto zeigt Vorspeisen des Silvesterbuffets), Raucherkneipe mit sehr guter Musik und Remise mit Disco-Betrieb. Sehr empfehlenswert, liebevoll ausgestattet und eine echte Bereicherung, wenn nicht gar Geheimtipp in Heide."

"Urige Kneipe mit schönem Biergarten im Hof. Mit dem Wirt und anderen Gästen konnten wir sofort klönen. Sehr nette Atmosphäre. Essen können wir nicht bewerten, da wir dort nicht gegessen haben."

"Unbedingter Besuch notwendig wenn man in Heide oder Umgebung ist. Die Kohlroulade ist der Hammer. Der Wirt ist ein Original. Der Hund bekommt extra Service. Unser Biker Trupp hat dieses Event im jährlichen Terminkalender fest notiert."
